I have for sale a BRAND NEW BOSCH ELECTRIC MINI TANK 3000 2.5 GAL WATER HEATER. I am selling it because it is too big for my tiny under-sink bathroom cabinet.
I have the exact same unit under my kitchen sink which has a much larger space.

This unit is perfect for commercial warehouses, under kitchen/bathroom sinks, garages, motorhomes, and house trailers.
It has a 98% thermal efficiency, and comes with an installed temp/pressure relief safety valve.
The actual tank dimensions are W 13.75" x H 13.75" x D 10.75" or 16- 16 1/2" high with the valve installed.
It plugs into any 120V outlet (w/attached 30-36" cord), and draws 1440 watts (12 amps) at peak heating.
It has a glass-lined tank for long life and a temperature controller/thermostat to maintain your preferred temp from 65-145 degrees F.
It's recovery rate is 54 gal/hr.
*** It is presently in a sealed substitute box since the original got 'soaked' while in the box of my truck, during a rainstorm, and pretty much 'fell apart' when I lifted it.
The pic that I am showing is an identical representation, however there will be no problem opening the box to show you the actual item.
